A comprehensive service

Having an annual boiler service greatly reduces the likelihood of it breaking down, extends its lifetime and improves its energy efficiency.  Our team of gas service engineers can provide an annual boiler maintenance service to ensure your boiler is safe and working effectively.  All our service engineers are fully qualified and are Gas Safe registered, so you can be confident that any work will be carried out to the highest standards.

Boiler servicing

It is a legal requirement under the Health and Safety (Gas) (Guernsey) Ordinance for Landlords to have a gas safety inspection and safety certificate every twelve months. This must be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer for all pipe work, gas appliances and flues installed at the rented property.  It is also good practice to have appliances checked between tenants, to ensure that all is well before new tenants move in.
